KITCHEN

DRCC kitchen platform, SS Sink with Single Bowel and Standard PVC tap.

Floor mounted WC with exposed PVC Cistern and PVC Tap, wash Basin with PVC Pillar cock and standard PVC Tap for bathing.

TOILET, PLUMBING AND SANITARY

Soil line, Waste line shall be of 4″ dia PVC pipe with 4 kg pressure.

4″ dia PVC nahani trap with jail in toilet and kitchen.

Heavy duty PVC solvent pipe for all water lines.

DOORS / WINDOWS AND VENTILATORS

For main entrance 35mm thick, flush door with 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle Iron frame with 2 nos tower bolts of length 6″ and 9″, 2 nos. handles and 1 nos 12″ M. S. aldrop.

Toilet door will be flush door with M. S. angle door frame along with 2 nos. Tower bolts and 2 nos. handles.

All windows and ventilators will be T and Z section along with 5mm clear Glass.

PAINTING

All doors and windows shall be painted with one coat Primer and one coat of Oil Paint.

EXTERIOR FINISH

Texture Water Proof Paint.

ELECTRIFICATION

One light and One fan point in each room along with fan hook.

One light point in kitchen and toilet / WC.

PVC Conduiting in slab.
