Information you provide voluntarily: When you create an account, publish a property listing, upload photographs or legal documents, fill out web forms, participate in surveys, or correspond with our support team, you may provide personal details such as your name, postal address, email ID, mobile number, Aadhaar or PAN (when opting for a verified-owner badge), and any content that forms part of your listing.

Information generated while you use the Platform: Whenever you browse, search, interact with our AI assistant, click on listings, or send messages to another user, the Platform automatically records device identifiers, browser type, IP address, date/time stamps, referring URLs, cookie data, and partial location data (where you have granted location permission)

Information obtained from third parties: Where permitted by law, we may enrich your profile with publicly available data, credit-bureau checks (for subscription products that require them), or anti-fraud signals supplied by specialized service providers.

To publish, amend, promote, or remove your property listing
To match buyers with sellers, route enquiries, and facilitate private messaging;
To power conversational answers from our AI chatbot and continuously improve its relevance;

To monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, spam, money laundering, or other prohibited activity;
To send transaction-related communications, such as security notifications and service announcements;
To comply with legal obligations, law-enforcement requests, or court orders; and
To protect our rights, property, or safety, and those of our users or the public.

To service partners that host our infrastructure, deliver SMS/email/voice calls, verify documents, analyze usage, or process payments—each bound by strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements;

To regulatory bodies or courts, when required by Indian law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect life, safety, or property; and

To a successor entity, if SuperArea enters into a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the surviving entity will honor this Policy or notify you of any material change and provide you with an opportunity to opt out.

Data Sеcurity

We employ commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption, multi-factor authentication for internal dashboards, periodic penetration testing, and least-privilege access protocols. Despite these safeguards, no internet transmission is entirely secure; therefore, you are encouraged to use strong passwords and exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.

Data Rеtеntion

Account and listing records are retained while your account remains active and may be archived for compliance purposes after deletion. Chatbot logs are regularly anonymized and rotated. Removed listings are promptly taken out of public search and are eventually deleted from backup systems in accordance with internal data management policies

Your Rights

Subject to verification of your identity, you may at any time:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

Correct or update inaccurate information;

Delete data that SuperArea no longer needs to retain;

Withdraw consent for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, or other optional uses; and

Lodge a complaint with the Grievance Officer named below

Childrеn’s Privacy

The Platform is intended only for persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete such information promptly.
